Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited (KTML) is Pakistan based, vertically-integrated textile manufacturer established in 1953. The company produces a wide range of products, including yarn, greige, dyed, and printed fabrics, and home textiles. Its operations are vertically integrated, covering the complete production cycle from spinning to stitching, supported by facilities in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Kasur.
KTML seeks applications from qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals for the position of “Trainee Officer” at Rawalpindi.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Trainee Officer Functional
Location: Rawalpindi
Department: Finance – ERP Projects
Qualification and Experience:
- ACCA / MBA / M.Com / Finance & Accounting
- Fresh graduates
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Oracle ERP / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge of Finance or Manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Visio for documentation
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an ERP project environment
Job Description:
- Assist Oracle Functional Consultants in business process analysis and mapping into Oracle ERP modules
- Support ERP modules such as Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, and Order Management (as assigned)
- Participate in AS-IS and TO-BE documentation
- Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and maintain test cases and results
- Assist in functional configuration, data validation, and migration activities
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and clarifications
- Support user training, preparation of manuals, SOPs, and process flows
- Assist in post go-live support, issue tracking, and user assistance
