We are currently hiring a Corporate Sales Head for our Lahore office, and invite applications from experienced sales leaders eager to drive impactful business growth.

Location: Lahore

Position Description:

The role is responsible for leading regional corporate sales efforts by executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. It involves overseeing sales operations across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering collaboration across key departments. The position plays a critical role in achieving sales targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing cross-functional coordination.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or regional operations, preferably in retail, furniture, interior design, or construction industries.
  • An engineering background in Mechanical or Civil disciplines is preferred.
  • A blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with sales experience, particularly in retail or project-based environments, will be given priority.

Skills & Behavior:

  • Someone who has worked in selling building materials, tools and machinery
  • Project Management experience
  • Great leadership and communication skills
  • Strong ability to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and achieve financial targets.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Experience in monitoring regional projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the corporate sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth targets. Conduct regular business reviews and sales performance analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients while nurturing long-term partnerships with existing key accounts to drive repeat business and client retention.
  • Manage corporate sales budgets, monitor revenue performance, assess financial variances, and implement corrective actions to stay on track with profitability goals.
  • Lead, coach, and empower the corporate sales team, including key account managers and business development executives, focusing on capability building and performance excellence.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of corporate clients and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and pipeline data to forecast demand, allocate resources effectively, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in corporate sales workflows, recommend improvements, and implement streamlined processes and SOPs to enhance team productivity and operational excellence.
