We are currently looking to hire a Training & Development Officer at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Training & Development Officer
Location: 23 KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Requirements:
- BBA, MBA, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as Training & Development officer in well reputed (FMCG)
Job Resposibilities:
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and consultations with managers.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Assist in designing training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training calendars.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Support orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Create operator manuals, quick-reference guides, and visual aids to support on-floor learning.
- Coordinate with the quality and production teams to ensure operators align with quality standards.
