Position Title: Regional Business Head
Location: Rawalpindi

Minimum Education: Bachelors
Required Experience: 11 Years
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MBA or Masters Degree
- Minimum 11 years of banking experience, including 3-4 years in leadership role in the same market
- Prior experience within the Rawalpindi region is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch teams within the assigned region to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability, deposits, and portfolio growth.
- Drive sales performance and customer experience through effective coaching and motivation.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, service quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor regional performance metrics and provide analytical insights to senior management.
- Ensure staff development through mentoring, succession planning, and training initiatives.
