Position Title: Senior Executive – Field Service
Location: Lahore
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support roles, within the industry.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- The role involves around assisting dealers with hi-tech repairs, handling critical technical problems, and providing on-the-job training (OJT) for dealership staff.
- Additionally, the role includes assisting in practical training and operating a mobile service van.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
