Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience::
- At least four years’ graduate from HEC recognized university, preferably majors in HR OR having equivalent degree in HRM
- At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preference will be given to those having worked in retail chain stores R&S.
Skill-Set:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interviewing skills
- Good at MS Office
- Having worked over known HRIS
Job Responsibilities:
- AM HR shall be responsible for sourcing and hiring retail staff placed at company’s sales outlets against vacancies in active coordination with sales management team
- KPIs include Average time per hire, Fill rate and quality of hire (how many hired against how many appeared for test and interview)
- Comply with approved Human Resource Planning (Control under staffing or over staffing) through systematic monitoring.
