Position Title: Service Advisor
Location: Lahore
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- 5 – 6 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- The role requires prior experience in fleet management, or a similar technical service position.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills, including professional communication, clear explanation of services, and regular updates to customers. A solid understanding of electric vehicles, their maintenance requirements, and warranty policies is essential.
- Effective coordination with workshop technicians is necessary to manage service priorities and ensure parts availability.
- The role involves adhering to Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) standards by conducting thorough quality checks and ensuring vehicles are clean and delivery-ready.
- Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and maintaining accurate service records is required.
- Gathering customer feedback and working towards improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores is also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the candidate should stay informed about BYD products and actively participate in training and development sessions.
- Responsibilities also include accurately handling job cards by recording customer complaints and services provided.
