Details are as follows:
Position Title: Executive Payroll and Shared Services
Location: Head Office
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- The incumbent must have hands-on experience in handling payroll, FnFs, handling queries related to health/vehicle insurance, company-maintained car & rentals, issuance of fuel cards & SIMs to the onboarded employees.
- Further responsibilities include maintaining employee records, drafting & maintenance of organizational chart for announcements, preparation of HR letters and timely processing of employee reimbursement claims.
