Position Title: Branch Manager
Location: Lahore, Multan, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Okara, Faislabad, Sialkot
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors in relevant field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in retail.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and security measures.
- Handle staff scheduling and performance reviews.
- Maintain store standards, grooming, and visual appeal.
