BCL is looking for a dynamic and qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager Procurement at Islamabad to ensure smooth procurement of Mechanical, Civil, Administration and Marketing related Items for all Plants.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager Procurement
Location: Islamabad
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters (Preferably in Supply Chain)
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role preferably in manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills. negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP.
Job Description:
- Review comparative statement and complete the process for management approval.
- Issuance of purchase orders and dispatch the purchase orders to suppliers.
- Follow up for material deliveries with suppliers.
- Coordinate with Plant and Finance department for resolution of any post-dispatch issues.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders for negotiation of high value purchasing and finalization of any long term contract.
