Age: Maximum of 55 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized university
- Minimum 9 years of Banking/Non-Banking experience of managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
- Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing Services team to oversee the proper execution of both above-theline (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
- Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Take charge of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.
- Drive the creation of diverse content types, including internal and external messages, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content, to support brand initiatives and engage target audiences effectively.
