𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is inviting applications from skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

Requirements:

• Minimum graduation.
• 3 – 4 years of experience in a well – known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Experience of Hardlines (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
• Communication people and leadership skills are must.
• Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
• Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
• Training of staff on regular basis.
• Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
• From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
• Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirement.
• Lead the team and sections under one department.
