APL is currently hiring for the position of “Executive / Sr. Executive Administration” at Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Executive / Sr. Executive Administration
Locations: Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi
Qualification: Master’s preferably in Public Administration
Experience: 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

Major Responsibilities:
- Handle petty cash, verify bills, and maintain expense records.
- Manage company’s transport fleet (allocation, mileage, logbooks, fuel, repairs, insurance, and token payments).
- Arrange staff travel (hotel booking, ticketing, transport, visas).
- Oversee upkeep/maintenance of office buildings, facilities, and furniture.
- Manage company rest houses / guest houses.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, kitchen items, annual diaries, and calendars.
- Handle lease agreements, service contracts, and acquisition of new premises.
- Process timely payment of utility, courier, and club bills.
- Prepare annual Admin Revenue & Capital budget
- Issue office notices, circulars, and admin-related advertisements.
- Ensure proper procurement of admin items in coordination with Procurement
- Ensure security of offices, depots, terminals, and other installations.
- Develop and enforce security SOPs against theft, sabotage, and other risks.
- Liaise with government offices, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Facilitate staff travel, lodging, and visa requirements for official assignments.
- Support process improvements in Admin Department.
- Provide regular data, reports, and administrative insights to management.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform any other task assigned by management.
