About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager (Corporate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities including research, stakeholder coordination, office management and administrative support. This role requires strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel with the ability to create professional-level presentations and data-driven reports.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn and excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare professional presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Conduct research on assigned topics, analyze findings and deliver high-quality, well-structured outputs.
- Coordinate and liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, documentation and administrative support.
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing projects as directed by senior management.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate a strong drive for continuous improvement and career growth.
