Required Qualification & Experience:
- LLB (LLM preferred) with minimum 2 years of relevant corporate/legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, SECP/SBP regulations, and contract management.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
Job Description:
- The Law Officer will support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation for the Bank/Organization.
- The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with SECP/SBP regulations, assisting in Board/Committee matters, liaising with regulators, and coordinating with external counsel on legal cases.
