Position Title: Manager Branch Banking Operations
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation/Master in Commerce or Business
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Branch Banking Operations.
Job Description:
- Looking after all the operational affairs in Branch Banking. Directing and coaching of all the branches and Area Operation Managers.
- Review of physical Gold bags as per system record.
- Developing a compliant culture in assigned area To ensure that AOMS are up to date of Regulatory Guidelines and implementing the policies down the line.
- Ensure proper compliance Keys operations by custodian of cash and gold vault of Keys, Account opening filling, Source of funds, KYC, record keeping at branch level.
- Extraction, collection and submission of data required by SBP and different department.
- Capacity building and Training of Branch Banking Staff.
- Ensure proper utilization of branch staff and ensure error free operations at branches.
