The Urban Unit was established in 2005 as a Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Planning and Development Department under Government of the Punjab. In 2012, the PMU was transformed into an independent private sector company, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and is fully owned by Government of the Punjab.
The Urban Unit is looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Manager – Administration”.
Details are as follows:
Position: Assistant Manager – Administration

Gender: Both
Age: 18 – 40
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Minimum Graduation in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline from an HEC recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum Three (3 to 5) years of relevant experience
Job Description:
Technical / Role Specific Skills:
- Have complete knowledge of administrative works & services.
- Supervise overtime duties of support staff
- Support in managing schedules and deadlines
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters
- Assist in update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Capacity building of support staff
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Logistic & Fleet Management
- Medical & Welfare Cases
- Petty cash custodian
- Assist in building & parking matters
- Event Management
- Contract & Agreement management
- Offices Supplies.
Non-Technical Skills/Personal Characteristics:
- Time Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- People Management
- Well versed in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP will be preferred.
