Job Description:
The Executive Human Resource plays a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting in various human resources functions. This position is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors/Master’s in Law or relevant qualification
- 6 years relevant experience in similar field and industry
Job Objectives:
Responsible for providing legal advisory and support services to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Authority policies. The role involves handling commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with internal departments and external legal stakeholders to support the Authority’s objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advisory support on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Draft, review, and vet legal opinions, contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Authority policies, rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address legal requirements and risks.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders as required.
- Assist in the timely resolution of legal issues, disputes, and compliance matters.
- Support management in legal risk assessment and mitigation.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of legal cases and correspondence.

- Age relaxation of up to five (05) years; in upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
- Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
