Details are as follows:

Position Title: Professor Business and Management Sciences

Location: Lahore

Qualification:

PhD or above from an HEC recognised institution in the relevant discipline.

Experience:

15-years teaching/research experience in HEC recognised University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organisation.
OR
10-years post-PhD. teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals.

Job Descriptions:

Deliver undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate courses in core and specialized areas of Business & Management Sciences.
Develop, review, and update curricula in line with HEC requirements and global academic standards.
Supervise PhD, MS/MPhil, and MBA research theses and dissertations.
Ensure high-quality teaching through innovative pedagogy, case-based learning, and experiential approaches.
Conduct independent and collaborative research leading to publications in HEC-recognized / indexed journals.
Secure research grants and contribute to funded research projects.
Present research at national and international conferences.
Promote a research culture within the department.
Provide academic leadership and mentorship to junior faculty members.
Serve on academic committees, boards of studies, and accreditation bodies.
Contribute to quality assurance, program reviews, and ranking/accreditation initiatives HEC, AACSB, NBEAC where applicable.
Participate in university governance, policy formulation, and strategic planning.
Build and maintain linkages with industry, professional bodies, and alumni.
Facilitate executive education, consultancy, and applied research initiatives.
Support student development through academic advising and career guidance.
