We’re looking for talented individual to join our team as Deputy Manager Organizational Development and contribute to shaping the future of education.
Details are as follows:

Location: Lahore

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology, Education Management, Healthcare Management, or MBA.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in OD.
  • Exposure to healthcare and/or academic institutions will be a strong advantage.
  • CHRP/CHRM or OD-related certification preferred.

Job Descriptions:

  • Design and implement OD frameworks including competency mapping, job evaluation, performance management systems, and career pathways for clinical, faculty, and administrative staff.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics, employee engagement surveys, and culture assessments across healthcare and academic units.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives related to accreditation, academic restructuring, policy reforms, and service expansion.
  • Develop and manage succession planning and talent review processes for critical clinical, academic, and leadership roles.
  • Align OD initiatives with healthcare quality standards, academic regulations, and institutional governance requirements.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks in line with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Training & Development to address capability gaps identified through performance and audit findings.
