Mitchell’s Fruit Farms looking for the services of skilled and qualified professional for the position of “Payroll Executive” at its head office, Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Location: Mitchell’s Head Office, Gulberg IV, Lahore

Job Purpose:

The Payroll Executive is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll data management. The role ensures payroll integrity, system accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of payroll experience in FMCG or a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP payroll systems.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing & Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and statutory laws.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts, deductions, and statutory liabilities.
  • Ensure timely tax and statutory submissions and payments.

Payroll Systems & Data Management

  • Manage payroll processing in ERP/HRMS systems.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll master data.
  • Ensure accuracy across attendance, leave, and payroll modules.

Controls & Confidentiality

  • Ensure secure handling of payroll data and records.
  • Control and monitor access to payroll files and systems.
  • Ensure audit readiness of payroll records and reports.

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Assist in payroll automation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in HRIS and payroll-related projects when required.

Coordination & Employee Support

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and departmental teams on payroll inputs.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely manner.

Success Metrics

  • 100% on-time payroll processing.
  • Zero major payroll errors.
  • Statutory submissions completed within deadlines.
  • Timely resolution of employee payroll queries.
  • Clean internal and external audit observations.
