Islamabad Capital Territory Police is hiring against multiple positions for their PSDP project “Establishment of Change Management Unit within ICT Police” on Project Pay Scale (PPS) basis. Islamabad Police (ICT) is looking for qualified, experienced and skillful candidates for these positions.

Required Qualification and Experience
1. Account Officer:
- Education (ACCA, ACMA, B.Com(Hons), M.Com, MBA)
- 3-5 Years Professional Experience in relevant field
- Age Min 25 – Max 35(30+5)
2. Network/ System Administrator:
- Education (Master or 16 years degree in CS, IS, SE, IT from an HEC recognized Institution)
- 5 Years’ Experience in configuring and managing devices from major vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc
- Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless controllers)
- Experience with firewall configuration, VPN setup, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
- Age Min 25 – Max 35(30+5)
3. Assistant:
- Education ( Graduate Must be computer literate.)
- 3-5 Years Professional Experience in relevant field.
- Age Min 23 – Max 33(28+5)
4. Data Entry Operator:
- Education(2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Science/Physics/ Mathematics/Statistics from a university recognized by the HEC.)
- Minimum speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour for data entry / verification.
- Must be computer literate.
- 5 Years Experience in data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and data management systems
- Experience in data collection, verification, organization, and entry into digital databases
- Familiarity with database management software (like MS Access, Oracle, or SQL-based systems) is a plus.Basic skills in analyzing data to identify errors or inconsistencies.

9. Communication Expert:
- Education (Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/ Mass Communication from an HEC recognized university/ institution.)
- 3-5 Years Professional Experience in relevant fieldExperience as Content Writer will be preferred

10. Technical Analysts:
- Education(BSCS / BS Engineering / MS Mechatronics)
- 5 Years Experience in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.
- Familiarity with dynamic and static routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (STP, VLANs, trucking).
- Expertise in network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Nagios, PRTG, Wireshark) for real-time network performance analysis.

11. Curriculum Development Specialist:
- Education (Bachelors degree (preferably English Language, Criminology, Literacy or Linguistics)
- 5 Years Professional Teaching Experience with LEA’s.

- 3-5 Years Professional Experience in relevant field.

13. PT/ Drill Instructor:
- Education(Intermediate from Recognized Institute & Instructor course from government institution.)
- Retired Forces personnel will be preferable
- 5 Years Professional Experience in relevant field

14. IT Trainer:
- Education ( BS (Computer Science) / BS (Information Technology)
- 5 Years experience in core cybersecurity concepts, including threat management, risk assessment, incident response, and security policies.
- Knowledge of various types of cyber threats (malware, phishing, ransomware, social engineering) and attack vectors.
- Experience with encryption tools, vulnerability scanners (Nessus, OpenVAS), penetration testing tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite), and network monitoring tools (Wireshark)

15. Forensic Specialist:
- Education(BS (4 years program) or MS in Forensic Science, Criminalistics from HEC recognized University.)
- Must have good knowledge about criminal laws.
- 5 Years Professional Experience in Forensic Analysis.
- Experience in a law enforcement agencies/ forensic laboratory.
- Age Min 20 – Max 30(25+5)
16. Mobile Forensic Officer:
- Education(Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security, Forensic Science from HEC recognized institution.)
- 5 Year’s experience using mobile forensic tools such as Cellebrite UFED, Oxygen Forensic Suite, Magnet AXIOM, MSAB XRY, Paraben Device Seizure, and Autopsy etc.
- Experience in handling and analyzing data from both iOS and Android devices, as well as other mobile platforms.
- Expertise in various data acquisition methods, including logical acquisition, physical acquisition, file system acquisition, and cloud extraction.

17. IT Assistant:
- Education (BSC Computer Science) or Equivalent from HEC Recognized University.
- 3-5 Years experience.

18. Hardware Tech:
- Education (BSC Computer Science & Diploma in IT Hardware)
- 3-5 Years experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware (e.g., Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo)
- Experience with server components such as RAID controllers, hard drives, RAM, CPUs, power supplies, and network interface cards (NICs).
- Skilled in assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting desktop hardware components (motherboards, processors, hard drives, RAM, GPUs, power supplies).
- Experience in installing and configuring IP cameras from different manufacturers (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch),
