National Foods Limited is hiring “Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing Communications” at Karachi.

Position Title: Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing Communications
Location: Karachi
Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for defining and leading the Integrated Marketing Communications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) vision, translating brand and business objectives into unified, insight-led communication strategies across all consumer touchpoints. The role ensures disciplined orchestration of ATL, BTL, digital, and CRM initiatives by embedding data, analytics, and performance intelligence into decision-making, while establishing robust operating models, governance frameworks, and agency partnerships. Through strong cross-functional influence and execution rigor, the role drives consistent brand experiences, measurable impact, and sustainable long-term value creation.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline / Master’s or equivalent preferred
- 12-15 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, campaign management, or agency/client side IMC CRM roles
Job Responsibilities:
- Set the long term IMC strategy, operating model, and governance framework, defining clear decision rights, ways of working, and success measures between IMC, Brand, CMI, Innovations, Sales, and agencies.
- Act as key communications partner to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel and cross-business alignment.
- Leading, guiding and coaching the IMC team + developing successors
- Establish and enforce IMC execution discipline through standardized workflows, campaign calendars, briefing processes, review forums, and post-campaign evaluations to ensure consistency, speed, and quality of delivery
- Ensure effective integration and execution across mediums to maximize brand impact and ROI.
- Oversee strategy and manage campaign execution across media, digital, content, and activation streams. Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination, timely delivery, and effective handoffs between internal teams such as Finance, SC, agencies, and execution partners.
- Drive a closed-loop performance management approach, linking insights, learnings, and ROI outcomes directly back into future planning and capability improvement.
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications
- Adherence to NFL Marketing Code of Conduct, regulatory requirements and compliance with governance framework
- Own the IMC budget, prioritize investments, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Define and embed CRM and first-party data strategies within the IMC ecosystem, ensuring personalized, lifecycle-based communication and measurable contribution to retention, frequency, and value growth.
