Khushhali Bank is currently hiring for the position of Human Capital Reporting Specialist at Islamabad, and welcomes applications from skilled and motivated individuals eager to make an impact in the microfinance sector.

Location: Gulberg Green, Islamabad

Job Type:  Full Time, On-site

Who are we looking for?

  • Preferably Bachelor degree or equivalent in Data Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR Analytics, preference will be given having HR data mapping, integration, analysis and reporting experience.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other reporting software.
  • Inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage HR metrics and dashboards by identifying key data, sources, and performance indicators aligned with business goals.
  • Design high-level and detailed reports using charts, graphs, and tables to highlight trends, patterns, and insights, supported by data interpretation and benchmarking.
  • Coordinate closely with HR subfunctions to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data collection and integration across all HR areas.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency by enforcing data validation, managing relationships between datasets, and ensuring accuracy, reliability, and system synchronization.
  • Support Human Capital Reporting in line with ISO 30414 standards, covering workforce composition, costs, productivity, development, and employee well-being.
  • Prepare dashboards for internal management and comprehensive human capital reports for external stakeholders, including actionable insights and recommendations.
