Required Qualification & Experience:
- Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Mktg or 16 yrs of relevant equivalent qual.
- Min 05 years proven working experience in the field of Procurement.
Job Expectation:
- Facilitate/ Assist in procurement of Lite Vehicles /Plant / Equipment.
- Preparation of GSR through Head Quater for Induction of Plant / Equipment.
- Registration of Vehicle / Plant / Equipment with the concerned ETO.
- Vetting / Scrutiny of Plant / Equipment to be purchased.
- Assist in preparation of Board Proceedings for Purchases.
- Arrange Meetings/ Opening of tenders for Plant / Equipment.
- Provision of all Plant / Equipment / Vehicles as per the requirement of user.
- Review of all Plant / Equipment / Lite Vehicles & maintenance of Equipment.
- To arrange open auction of def Eqpt/ Machinery/ Vehicle.
- Inspection & Disposal of All type of Plant / Equipment / Vehicles and stores.
- Keeps record of Plant / Equipment / Vehicles of Engineers NLC.
- Provision of data of Plant / Equipment for prequalification to HQ NLC.
- To assist all Project Directors in registration of new vehicles /Plant / Equipment with concerned ETO (Excise of Taxes Office).
