Job Description:
We’re looking for a doer — not a talker. This role is for someone who takes ownership, thinks fast, and finds solutions instead of excuses. You’ll manage all day-to-day matters related to the CEO’s house, staff, and maintenance, making sure everything runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and ethically.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in operations, administration, or household management.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills — the kind that won’t rest until the job is done.
- High integrity, discretion, and reliability — absolutely non-negotiable.
- A street-smart individual who can hustle and multi-task.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
House Operations & Maintenance
- Manage all household maintenance work — plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and service scheduling.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and suppliers for timely work completion.
- Anticipate potential breakdowns and proactively address them, track ongoing issues, create maintenance logs, and follow up until closure.
Vendor & Cost Management
- Source reliable vendors, negotiate competitive prices and maintain cost transparency through proper documentation and receipts.
- Find smart, practical, and affordable solutions without compromising quality.
House Staff Management
- Supervise household staff, manage staff attendance, performance, and replacements when needed.
- Set clear routines and standards for discipline, hygiene, and punctuality and foster a culture of trust among staff while maintaining clear accountability
Personal Errands & Coordination
- Handle deliveries, bills, groceries, household supplies, and personal errands.
- Liaise with external contacts (service providers, agencies, etc.) on behalf of the CEO and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
