NADRA is inviting applications, from energetic and self-driven individuals who are ready to contribute actively to the organization, for the position of “Deputy Director (HR)” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Deputy Director – HR
Location: Islamabad
Employment Status: Contractual
Age Limit: 44 Years
Educational Qualification:
- 16 Years HEC Verified Education in Business Administration/Public Administration / Management / Finance or equivalent in a related field.
- Degrees must be attested from HEC
Professional Experience:
- Preferably 6 years of experience in public sector reform, policy development, and strategic planning in well-known organizations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Lead HR initiatives including restructuring, role profiling, competency framework development, and workforce planning.
- Facilitate process reviews for alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support leadership teams in managing change and HR interventions.
- Design annual training plans based on competency needs and performance gaps.
- Oversee training program development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Manage learning systems and ensure compliance with training standards.
- Promote continuous learning across the organization.
- Lead implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Ensure consistent application of performance processes and reviews.
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies and surveys.
- Review and update HR & OD policies and guidelines.
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
- Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
