Fatima Group is looking for the services of self motivated and experienced professional for the position of “Brand Manager – Fertilizer” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Location: Lahore

Job Summary:

This position exists to manage all aspects of the Fertilizer Brand WITH the objective to develop the brand personality develop and execute brand strategy manage brand communication and supervise the product positioning.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing, With 10 plus years of experience focused on Brand Management.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Core Brand Management Knowledge and Experience.
  • Creative Far-sighted Pro-active Team oriented Analytical Critical thinker Innovative Solid grasp of Market Research Tools
  • Strong Understanding of Customer Profiling Market Data Analysis Advertising know-how

  • Good grip on Brand Strategy Understanding of various Media Outlets

Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Pro-actively develop marketing strategy based on market dynamics.
  • Periodically review and revisit market strategy in light of the changing market conditions.
  • Act as the brand gate keeper and steward and support brand vision brand position brand architecture and achieve overall business goals for the brand.
  • Responsible for defining brand personality i.e. defining the brand and what it stands for.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the current strategy is aligned with the business strategy.
  • Segregate long term goals into annual objectives and targets.
  • Responsible for mapping out short term strategies to attain yearly targets.
  • Ensure increase in customer awareness of the brand “Sarsabz” including a rise in Top of Mind awareness Spontaneous awareness and Aided awareness.
  • Revise awareness targets periodically depending on current sales.

Strategy Execution and Brand Communication

  • Responsible for brand strategy execution Identify quality vendors and undertake negotiations to attain most cost effective rates.
  • Maintain close follow-up with vendors and Procurement to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure that all promotional material is received as per plan.
  • Ensure execution of the promotional campaign as per given timelines; Responsible for launch of promotional campaigns in view of crop cycles.
  • Coordinate with Media Buying Houses for media planning.
  • Liaison with Advertising agencies for promotional campaigns through print electronic outdoor media; Oversees ATL and BTL activities.
  • Supervise the preparation of POS material.
  • Analyze the merits of advertising through various mediums to maximize the outreach to existing and potential customers.
