Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem Solving & Attention to Details Skills
- Good Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and address grievances
- Identify training needs, plan and execute learning and development programs, and monitor training effectiveness to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies.
- Administer employee exit processes, including final settlements.
- Manage employee contributions to EOBI, ensure timely deposit, compliance, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate health insurance enrollment, claims processing, and renewals for hospital staff, ensuring staff have access to timely medical benefits.
- Support implementation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and ensure adherence to labor laws and hospital regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare periodic reports on employee metrics, payroll, training, and benefits.
- Conducting annual appraisals of the employees.
