We are seeking a dynamic professional for the position of Manager E-Commerce at Karachi.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager E-Commerce
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Customer Experience, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in managing customer service operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of customer service metrics SLA, FRT, AHT, CSAT, NPS and performance management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, online payment gateways, and system integrations.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage voice & non-voice customer service channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Calls.
- Oversee live operations, customer complaints handling, and retention activities.
- Ensure SLA compliance for First Response Time FRT, Average Handling Time AHT, and Resolution Time.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team communication, product knowledge, and efficiency.
- Perform QA audits and provide feedback to maintain service quality standards.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Score CSAT and Net Promoter Score NPS.
- Train and supervise AI bots to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Manage and optimize online payment gateways, Shopify, and related system integrations.
- Collaborate with Operations and VM teams to align customer service with business objectives.
- Generate insights from customer feedback to drive process improvements and enhance overall customer experience.
