We are seeking a dynamic professional for the position of Manager E-Commerce at Karachi.
Details are as follows:

Location: Karachi

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Customer Experience, or a relevant field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in managing customer service operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of customer service metrics SLA, FRT, AHT, CSAT, NPS and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, online payment gateways, and system integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage voice & non-voice customer service channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Calls.
  • Oversee live operations, customer complaints handling, and retention activities.
  • Ensure SLA compliance for First Response Time FRT, Average Handling Time AHT, and Resolution Time.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team communication, product knowledge, and efficiency.
  • Perform QA audits and provide feedback to maintain service quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Score CSAT and Net Promoter Score NPS.
  • Train and supervise AI bots to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Manage and optimize online payment gateways, Shopify, and related system integrations.
  • Collaborate with Operations and VM teams to align customer service with business objectives.
  • Generate insights from customer feedback to drive process improvements and enhance overall customer experience.
