Style Textile is hiring for the position of Executive Export at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Executive Export
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore
Requirements
- An MBA, B.COM or a relevant degree.
- 3-4 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete shipment documents after system closure and share with the Post Shipment Team.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and Loading Plan.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding packing plans, bookings, manifests, dispatches and system closures.
- Prepare Fl, customs and destination documents.
- Convert manifests into pack manifests and share ASNs with 3PLs.
- Create, validate and upload invoices and related documents to the SDM portal.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
