Position Title: Assistant Manager Customer Care
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience::
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably a BBA/MBA/master’s in Marketing.
- At least 5-6 years, with a proven track record of customer care, handling customer complaints, taking customer feedback to improve internal processes, compiling and reporting on customer feedback and complaints, coordinating with the sales team to resolve customer issues, monitoring UAN performance, and analyzing results for effective execution.
Skill-Set:
- Should be very well conversant with MS Office (especially MS Excel); should have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
