Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives is looking for the services of qualified and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Director – Admin/HR” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Director – Admin/HR

Pay Scale: PPS-07

Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
- HEC recognized at least 16 years professional degree i.e BBA(Hons.), MBA (HRM), Mass Communication or related field from HEC recognized university/institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in public sector management/coordination.
- Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of government organizations
Job Responsibilities:
- Will help the Administrative officers in the official matters of the project.
- Managing the arrangements and activities of any event going on under the project.
- Communication with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and facilitating discussions.
- Any other duties assigned by Project Director.
