Fauji Foundation is hiring a talented and motivated HR Officer to strengthen our business portfolio and global outreach.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HR Officer
Location: Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full Time – Regular
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Qualification:
- Education: MBA / MS / M.Phil (HR) from accredited institutions recognized by HEC or reputed foreign institutions with minimum CGPA of 3.2 are eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise data Entry in Oracle System for generation of Employee ID.
- Preparation and compilation of initial documents/service data record and make sure to complete information including basic info proforma, nomination form, service agreements/undertakings.
- Keep and update employee records in digital formats and educate other HR staff on how to use FFERP, liaise for improvement of ERP Dashboard and troubleshooting needs and other queries.
- Issue Medical/Health cards for medical treatment.
- Processing Grant of annual increments.
- Processing of LFA annually. Grant of House rent advance.
- Deal with all cases of retirement, resignation and termination of officers.
- Checking of FSA letters of officers.
- Responsible for six monthly and annually Manpower Reports for W&R/PA Dtes.
- Deal with cases of probation and confirmation.
- Record/Enter all data in database on induction of officers.
- Any other task assigned by Senior Manager.
