Details are as follows:

Location: Lahore
Grade: OG-I/AVP
No. of Positions: 01
Job Type: Permanent
Age: Maximum of 55 years

Required Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University. Preference will be given to Master Degree holders.

Experience:

  • Minimum 04 Years of Banking experience, Preference will be given to candidates having 2 years of relevant experience.

Major Responsibilities:

  • To support the business by achievement of sales targets (quantitative, qualitative) and monitoring of channel to ensure compliance to all business directives.
  • To meet assigned Sales, Approval and Productivity target of respective territory/ channel.
  • Identify, interview, hire and train sales staff.
  • Distribute targets in assigned Sales Team and monitor and evaluate results
  • To keep the team motivated, in order to get the best out of them.
  • Performance monitoring of each level, through MISs and guiding them on their respective areas of improvement.
  • Undertake management functions to build high standard of discipline and team harmony.
  • Contribution towards product and process improvement.
  • Relationship management in the region with branches, segments and cross functional groups like RBG, R&PSL, C&IBG, TIB, etc. in best professional way
  • Effectively communicate Bank’s policies and procedures to the team and make sure that they are adhered to.
  • On-going staff training and motivation through effective coaching and counseling of Sales and support staff (Processors and MIS Coordinators) to achieve respective targets.
  • Staff productivity optimization.
