Role Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting core HR operations, including recruitment assistance, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, and managing HR documentation. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR tasks and accuracy in HR data.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or any relevant / similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- 0 – 1 year of experience in a relevant/similar field.
The experience for this role requires you to have:
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities.
- Good understanding of HR functions and practices.
- Clear written and verbal communication; works well under pressure.
Role Description:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and preparing shortlisting summaries.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in issuing employment documents.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees; maintain updated records.
- Maintain employee database and prepare HR reports as needed.
- Ensure timely updates of employee data in personnel files and HRIS.
- Manage attendance records on HRIS and support audit compliance.
- Assist in executing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and exits.
- Support line manager in daily tasks and HR operations.
- Coordinate and document weekly HR meetings.
- Help update organizational charts and job descriptions periodically.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and engagement activities
- Stay informed on latest HR trends and best practices.
- Provide general support across all HR operations for smooth execution of tasks.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely and accurate support in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proper maintenance and updating of employee records and HRIS.
- Active assistance in daily HR operations and support to the line manager.
- Effective coordination of HR meetings, documentation, and employee-related activities.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives, including engagement and branding efforts.
