Monthly Salary: 150,000 PKR
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA/BBA/BS in Business Administration or Marketing or Supply Chain or Finance (16 years education from HEC recognized institute)
- Having at least 5 years relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in advertising and leasing of spaces.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Support the evaluation of new business partnerships, collaborations, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Assist Manager Business Development in preparing business plans, including financial projections and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on market conditions, business performance, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain a digital repository of business-related data, including media assets.
- Prepare and submit regular / periodic reports relevant to the business development wing w.r.t. the generation of Non-Fare Revenue for the perusal of reporting manager / top management.
- Monitor, track and maintain complete record of all inventories / recoveries of designated mass transit system(s) auctioned / rented out for the generation of Non-Fare Revenue. Propose / implement remedial action(s) / measure(s) in case of an abnormal situation is observed in this regard.
- Participate in and support bidding/auction activities to enhance revenue streams.
- Perform any other duty assigned by the Reporting Manager / Manager Business Development / top management.
