Job Description:
AM Operations will play a key support role in ensuring seamless coordination between Head Office and site teams (including Project Directors, Site Engineers, and Contractors), while assisting in operational planning, data collection, project tracking, and reporting.
Qualification and Experience:
- 16 years of education in Business Management / Business Administration / Social Sciences
- Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regularly with Project Directors (PDs), site execution teams, and internal departments to collect updated project data, resolve bottlenecks, and track milestones.
- Develop and maintain project tracking dashboards and progress reports for senior management, highlighting key updates, risks, and dependencies across IDAP’s infrastructure portfolio.
- Support the implementation of an integrated management and monitoring system in collaboration with the IT and Planning departments to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
- Assist in preparing internal briefs, updates, and presentation material for project review meetings, steering committees, and official submissions.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication between engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with project schedules, health & safety protocols, and contractual obligations by reviewing site-level inputs and raising deviations to relevant authorities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of correspondence, approvals, contractor communications, and operational directives.
- Gather data and insights from ongoing projects to support operational decision-making, resource planning, and performance evaluation.
