PSDF looking for the services of a energetic and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Manager Digital Programs“ at Lahore.

Role Overview:
Responsible for effectively designing, implementing, and optimizing impactful digital programs, driving organizational growth and achieving strategic objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics / Social Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in Program Management/Program Execution/ Program Design will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end management of digital and skills development programs, from design and planning to execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Support the development and revision of curricula aligned with evolving industry needs and digital advancements.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform program design, covering sectors, trades, clusters, geographies, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define program scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and oversee digital tools and platforms to enhance training program efficiency, outreach, and impact.
- Monitor program performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and applying innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Identify and manage new initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of skills training, including digital interventions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to support effective program delivery and execution.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Supported timely design and rollout of skill development schemes and regularly updated curricula aligned with industry needs.
- Conducted research and analysis to inform program planning, design, and impact assessments with actionable recommendations.
- Ensured on-schedule digital program launches and contributed to increased user engagement and audience reach.
- Maintained program execution within approved budgets while achieving strong stakeholder satisfaction
