Teach For Pakistan is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join the team as “Senior Associate | Digital Storytelling” at Islamabad.

Position Overview:

Teach For Pakistan is looking for a creative and mission-driven Digital Storyteller to lead the way we connect with audiences online. From scripting and editing videos to designing reels and crafting compelling captions, this role is ideal for someone who sees digital content as a vehicle for change. The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a maker: someone who can bring our vision to life through vibrant, human-centered storytelling that resonates deeply and drives engagement across platforms.

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate will be excited by the ever-evolving world of social media and even more excited by what it can do for social change. You’re a self-starter who brings energy, originality, and a collaborative spirit to the table. You’re constantly learning, unafraid to try new things, and deeply committed to getting it right.
S/he will have the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, storytelling, or social media management.
  • Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills. Hands-on proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and an intuitive sense of narrative flow.
  • Working knowledge of paid digital advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and growth marketing principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Passion for education equity and belief in the power of storytelling to drive change

Job Responsibilities:

Storytelling & Content Creation

  • Conceptualize, script, and produce powerful digital stories (videos, animations, reels, graphics, and written posts) that spotlight our Fellows, students, Alumni, and impact.
  • Maintain a content calendar in sync with campaigns, milestones, and programmatic needs.
  • Capture footage and conduct interviews, travelling to field sites to bring offline experiences online.
  • Create platform-optimized content (branded visuals, edit video clips) with a consistent brand voice and design aesthetic.

Platform Management & Growth

  • Manage end-to-end execution across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, including scheduling, publishing, and maintaining an integrated content calendar.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and on-brand content tailored to platform algorithms and audience behaviors.
  • Lead paid media strategy, including ad creation, audience targeting, boosting posts, and analyzing ROI for campaigns.
  • Stay on top of trends, formats, and innovations in the digital landscape and apply insights to enhance reach and relevance.

Community Engagement

  • Cultivate meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments and messages and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Partner with influencers, digital creators, and aligned organizations to grow our online community.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track content performance and translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve content strategy and engagement.
  • Provide monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
