PSDF looking for the services of a energetic and self-motivated professional for the position of “Specialist Digital Programs” at Lahore.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics / Social Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in Program Management/Program Execution/ Program Design will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in managing digital and skill development programs across all stages, including design, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Assist in updating and revising training curricula to align with changing industry requirements and digital trends.
- Conduct basic research and compile data to support informed decision-making in program design related to sectors, trades, geographies, and target groups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to help define program deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment with set objectives.
- Assist in implementing digital tools and platforms to improve the efficiency, outreach, and monitoring of training programs.
- Track program activities and assist in collecting performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of initiatives that enhance the quality and effectiveness of skills training, particularly through digital components.
- Support in preparing program progress updates, reports, and presentations for internal use and external sharing.
- Liaise with vendors and partners as directed to facilitate timely and effective execution of program tasks.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Provided timely support in program design, curriculum updates, and implementation of training interventions.
- Assisted in research, data collection, and analysis to inform program decisions and improvements.
- Contributed to the smooth execution of digital programs by meeting assigned timelines and supporting user engagement initiatives.
- Supported program delivery within budget and helped maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
- Aided in monitoring impact and outreach efforts to enhance program effectiveness.
