PSDF looking for the services of a energetic and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Manager Program Design“ at Lahore.

Role Overview:
Responsible for leading the program design, curricula development, new project proposals, and execution of new initiatives in line with the department’s overall objective.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business Administration/ Economics / Social Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in Program Management/Program Execution/ Program Design will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the design and planning of training programs and schemes, including defining trades, geographies, target audiences, delivery models, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with relevant departments to incorporate findings into program design and development.
- Build and maintain relationships with training providers, donors, and internal/external stakeholders for program execution and curriculum development.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new funding opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate capacity-building efforts and formal engagements (e.g., workshops, seminars) to enhance understanding of programs among TSPs.
- Support integration of soft skills into technical training programs and manage third-party verification of training outcomes.
- Maintain updated data repositories and ensure documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on key program initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional support within the team and perform other tasks as assigned to achieve departmental goals.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Support the design and development of new skill development schemes and training interventions.
- Assist in developing and updating curricula aligned with emerging industry needs.
- Conduct research and perform data analysis to inform program design, including sector, trade, cluster, geography, and target audience.
- Identify and oversee new initiatives aimed at improving the quality and impact of skills training programs.
- Contribute to impact assessments of training interventions and recommend enhancements based on findings.
