Fatima Group is looking for the services of qualified and self-motivated professional for the position of “HSE Officer” in marketing & sales department, Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HSE Officer
Location: Lahore
Job Summary:
Implemented and maintained IMS standards across field warehouses and regional offices, ensuring legal compliance and internal audits. Led HSE training, awareness campaigns, and defensive driving programs for sales, marketing, and contractors. Developed and deployed the ‘Sarsabz Connect’ HSE app, enhancing field communication and KPIs reporting efficiency nationwide.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience .
Required Skills:
- IOSH Managing Safely
- First Aid & CPR
- Basic HSE Concepts
Responsibilities:
- Implementation & maintenance of IMS standards for field warehouses & Ros Execute internal IMS / MSA audits
- Training & awareness session campaigns of all sales & marketing across Pakistan
- Implementation of HSE KPIs Reporting & maintain data base
- Implementation of HSE Reward system
- Risk Register and Compliance of applicable legal requirements for warehouses & Ros
- Execution of Defensive driving awareness for sales & marketing staff
- Development of HSE App Sarsabz Connect.
