Mitchell’s Fruit Farms looking for the services of dynamic and qualified professional for the position of Human Resource Executive at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Position Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits and compliance with policies. This role will also assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and overall HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Monitor performance management processes and assist in evaluations.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for health and life insurance companies, including policy management, claims processing, and renewals.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
