Latest Career Opportunity at Federal Government Educational Institutions, Cantonment / Garrisons Directorate
FGEI invites applications from Pakistani Nationals who meet the required education, experience, age, and quota criteria for the following positions. These roles are being offered on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension if needed, at FG Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons), under the Ministry of Defence.
Details are as follows:

Total Positions: 300 – Secondary School Teacher (SST)
400 – Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Quota-Wise Detail of Posts:

Secondary School Teacher (SST) – BS-17

Male: 150 Posts
Female: 150 Posts

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – BS-16

Male: 200 Posts
Female: 200 Posts

Minimum Qualification:

For SST:

Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree (16 years education) with B.Ed or equivalent from HEC-recognized university
OR M.A (EPM) from HEC-recognized university

For TGT:

Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree (14 years education) with B.Ed or equivalent from HEC-recognized university

Subject-wise Posts (TGT):

English: 56 (Male & Female each)
Urdu: 27 (Each)
Maths: 39 (Each)
Physics: 36 (Each)
Chemistry: 20 (Each)
Biology: 22 (Each)

Age Limit:

SST: 22–30 years (+5 years general age relaxation)
TGT: 20–28 years (+5 years general age relaxation)

Age Relaxation:

3 years for Scheduled Castes, Tribal Areas, etc.
10 years for Government Servants (with 2 years of continuous service)
10 years for Persons with Disability
15 years for Retired Armed Forces Personnel
5 years for family of deceased Govt servants (must provide certificate)

Registration Process:

Eligible candidates Apply online at: https://induction2025.fgei.gov.pk (No hard copy will be entertained)
Candidates must upload all required documents before submission
Last date to register: 19 May 2025
Based on scrutiny of applications, shortlisted candidates will be called for written test. Written test will be conducted at Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta. Intimation about the venue, date and time of written test shall be communicated through our website /Induction Portal.
Candidates must download roll number slip from their log-in account and bring it to the test centre.

Interview / Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview on the basis of test result intimation about the venue, date and time of interview shall be communicated through letters.
Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents (including academic certificates) at time of interview.
Govt servants must produce fresh No Objection Certificate from their department at the time of interview.

Miscellaneous

Dismissed/ removed employees of any organization or having criminal record are ineligible.
Permanent Employees of Federal and Provincial Government are not eligible to apply.
FGEI (C/G) Dte shall rely on information provided by candidates. In case, any of the documents is found fake or bogus at any stage, candidature of the particular candidate will stand cancelled.
No request for change of test/ interview centre will be entertained after closing date of registration.
The selected candidates must render affidavit on stamp paper that they will not file any appeal for regularization in any court of law.
No TA/DA is admissible for the written test and Interview.
