Position Title: Account Manager
Location: Lahore
Position Summary:

On this journey, you will report to Lead – Pharmacy Operations.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate – with exceptional Microsoft skills.
- Medicine knowledge with respect to brands & categories.
- Any prior experience of collaborating with different teams preferred.
- Exposure to process improvements, quality tools and methods.
- Attention to details and have an artistic eye.
- Experienced in working on google sheets and doc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & writing skills.
- Photo editing skills will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop and execute new Processes/SOP’s, continuous improvements of processes, data analysing, and update the data in the system.
- To be able to sort out the content regarding pharmacy catalogue/formulary.
- To be a creative problem solver and able to perform root cause analysis.
- To assist in making proposals for launching successful model of pharmacies.
- Onboarding, training & activation of new accounts.
- Provide support to the sales team with prospective clients.
- To be able to provide insights regarding pharmacy operations.
- Plan and manage the operational tasks, driving the completion of key project deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
- Completing all daily/weekly routine tasks and maintaining data sheets and trackers.
- Ensure all tasks are completed & all changes are made well within the turnaround time.
- End to end communication & coordination with all the sub-departments of the operations team.
- Coordination with all of shops team to ensure issues are resolved with top most priority.
