Position Title: Manager Operations
Location: Lahore
Job Purpose:
This position responsible for smooth branch operation by ensuring compliance of operational policies, procedures, and applications, systems, databases and prudential regulations and other instructions/guidelines circulated from time to time & execution of all operational process as per laid down procedures. Ensure opening and maintenance of accounts as per guidelines in Branch Operations Manual and KYC/AML/CPF directions. Timely rectification of observations i.e. SBP, AOM/ ROM, Compliance internal & external Audit reports. Check timely accuracy of GL heads used for daily posting i.e. expenses, income, expense, sundry etc. Ensure to check clearing settlement account and keep balance on daily basis.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation/Master in Commerce or Business
- Minimum 3 Years of experience required in Branch Banking Operations.
