Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives is looking for the services of qualified and self-motivated professional for the position of Manager Admin & Finance at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Employment Status: Contract

Age: Maximum 45 years as of deadline for application submission.

Location: Islamabad

Domicile Quota:  Merit

Qualification & Experience:

  • Sixteen (16) years of education or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, Development studies etc, from an HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in the development sector.

Required Skills:

  • Have the ability to prepare communication plans, and coordinate with all the stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with a cross Section of stakeholders, government functionaries, civil society.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the project as per its scope.
  • Administration and Financial Management of the project
  • Coordination and liaison with the project employees, sections of the Ministry, government organisations, advertising agencies and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of presentations, progress/review reports of project
  • Recruitment of the project
  • Any other responsibility assigned by Project Director..
