Interwood is looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, resolving product or service issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The position requires close coordination with internal teams such as production, logistics, sales, and quality assurance to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Location: DHA – Islamabad
Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.
- Track order status and proactively inform customers of any delays or issues.
- Generate and share order confirmation, shipping details, invoices, and relevant documentation with customers.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support related to sales activities, including data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
- Facilitate warranty claims, product returns, or replacements as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the technical or service team to address product-related issues or complaints.
- Ensure effective closure of complaints with proper documentation and feedback collection.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Communicate customer feedback and market trends to the sales and product teams.
- Any additional task assigned by the manager.
