Position Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lahore
Job Purpose:
As an Area Sales Manager you will oversee and drive sales operations within a specific geographic area. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the overall success of the company’s sales initiatives in the designated area.
Qualification:
- A minimum of bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent from any accredited local or foreign institute
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Sales

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration
- Generate sales of company products in the area through a team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets
- Prepare & present sales reports of performance metrics to senior management, suggesting improvements where necessary
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets
- Manage the sales budget effectively ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, Distribution Partners, Trade Partners etc.
- Provide distributors and customers with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales
- Work Closely with Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Control functions to enhance sales effort
- Lead, train and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal achievement
- Provide guidance to TSMs / DSFs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in accordance with the formulated strategies
- Train and Develop TSMs and DSRs on sales operations, stake-holders Management & Other Sales related soft skills (e.g Steps of Call, 7Cs of communication, etc.)
